If you are interested in becoming a member of The IQuadrivium Society and have achieved
a qualifying score on any of the tests listed in the Membership
Requirements section, simply mail a photocopy of your official score report, along
with a short note that includes your name, address, telephone number (in case we have a
question about your submission), and email address to:

Do not send any money or membership dues with your application. If you are accepted for
membership in the IQuadrivium Society, you will be notified and may send your membership
dues at that time.
